We referenced the medical and testing standards of various countries to establish a nationally-certified GMP medical wear manufacturing facility specialized in the production of items like washable masks, mask covers, isolation clothing, and protective clothing. We started as a traditional textile company but have now moved into the medical field. We have developed products compliant with US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) AATCC PB70 Level 4 protection requirements.
GFUN uses environmentally friendly, low-pollution, and low-solvent processes and formulas such as water-based adhesives and DMF-free, toluene-free formulas. We also recycle waste from other industries and use them in the production of our membrane and coating products.
We upgraded our protective clothing technology by drawing from our existing coating and laminating capabilities. The upgraded fabric can maintain its waterproof and disease/blood penetration resistant effect after 30 washes, greatly reducing the extensive environmental pollution caused by the disposal of isolation garments made from traditional nonwoven fabric.
