Every July, raises and promotions are implemented to give high-performing employees the opportunity to receive above-market rate salaries or career advancements. Employees are also given the chance to transfer to different positions within the group at home and abroad, to cultivate comprehensive capabilities and perspectives.

Employees of any gender who have worked in the company for more than six months may apply for up to two years of parental leave without pay to care for the baby before they reach the age of three. From 2019 to 2021, a total of five employees gave birth and applied for parental leave without pay, a 100% application rate. We also follow up on the reinstatement process by helping returning employees get acclimated to the workplace again.
The starting salary for all positions at GFUN is based on the principle of equal pay for equal work. Overall, men and women in the company receive equal pay.

The breastfeeding rooms are made up of individual cubicles with single tables and chairs, breast milk collectors, and refrigerators to provide a private, comfortable, and safe breastfeeding environment.
